Deidre was born and raised in Morenci, Arizona. She attended Morenci High School, following Arizona State University where she received her MA in exercise science and wellness. She has worked in fitness for over 25 years. Also the hospitality industry for 23 years. Her passion and dedication is to volunteer in her church and serve those in need in her community, as well as spending time with her husband of 25 years, 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
